I always love maternity sessions, as it is such a special time in one's life. This session in particular was extra sweet as my own niece (who I cannot wait to finally meet) was the center of our attention. Though we have not met her, we love her so very much. And can we just take a moment and acknowledge how amazing my sister-in-law looks? She is eight months pregnant and hiked up and down Corona Del Mar like a boss lady. I am getting off topic now, but what I really wanted to say is that both Betty and Markus are going to make such great parents. Time and time again I have observed how selfless Betty and Markus are. This is no easy feat, and I commend them for having cultivated their character in such a way where giving-- and giving beyond their capacity--comes natural to them. Baby A is going to be so loved and blessed by her parents.
