Kelly + Sam | Abandoned Greenhouse Engagement Session

Can we just take a moment to appreciate how beautiful these two are? I am not only referring to their outward beauty either. In the short time that I spent with Kelly and Sam, it became quickly evident that these two are kind, positive, and absolutely hilarious (adopt me, please?). I had to put my camera down because I could no longer see through my viewfinder. Yes, I was laughing so hard I was in tears!

Cheers to these two beautiful and adventurous souls. I am counting down the days until their wedding. No really- I have an app on my phone that is counting down the days until Kelly + Sam say I do.

A Sweet Proposal

Guys, meet Maddie and Layne- the sweetest couple EVER. The first word that comes to mind when I think of these two is intentional. Everything they do is marked by intention and has a deep and profound meaning behind it. Which reminds me, let's rewind to the very beginning of Layne and Maddie's love story.

These two have known each other since pre-school. Yep, I mean even before elementary school these two were playing on the playground completely unaware that years down the line they would be on their journey to Mrs. and Mr. Fast forward to high school and Maddie + Layne are not only dating, but are now best friends. "P.S. let's last forever" was delicately marked on the bottom of each one of their letters passed along in their classrooms. Those three words carried them through four years of high school, the completion of their college careers and NOW, the moment where Maddie would receive her final, and most important, letter--marked with "P.S. let's last forever"--from Layne.

P.S. Someone PLEASE give Layne a trophy. He planned his entire proposal, managed to rent out an entire coffee shop AND have Maddie's closest friends and family awaiting their arrival without Maddie having a single clue. Maddie thought we were merely snapping some cute, rainy, proposal photos. Little did she know we were inching our way to an afterparty. Oh these two are so so special and we are counting down the days until they say "I DO."

And then came the surprise...
